Job Description

  • Work with Project Management and Business Development to identify appropriate resource requirements for each project and be responsible for fulfilling these requirements in a timely manner
  • Participation in staffing strategy development
  • Cooperation with Sourcing Organization team
  • Development of solutions in support of business needs, conflict resolution
  • Analysis of staffing risks, definition and implementation of mitigation options
  • Development and implementation of internal procedures.
  • Coordination of trainee programs
  • Assure utilization of employees in reserve, make dismissal decision
  • Manage reserve cost effectiveness
  • Keep stakeholders updated regarding staffing capabilities in location
  • Participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions in their location
  • Analyze reserve quality, timely open reserve vacancies for external search for skills which cannot be gained internally
  • Manage potential intern's needs and track internship vacancies


  • Master or bachelor degree
  • Attention to details, highest responsibility, learning skills, proactivity
  • High level of self-organization and self-management, planning skills
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Application of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • English - Upper-Intermediate+ level of English (with good speaking flow)
  • 5+ years of experience with facilitation, coordination, scheduling and managing of internal and external resources or similar role
  • Good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
  • Understanding of financial and economic area in IT.
  • Data Analysis skills, understanding of data processing models, statistical and mathematical processing.
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills in managing complex deployments
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and resources in a high volume, client-driven environment
  • Highly service-oriented and responsive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
